HOW IS THE MILK PROCESSED?
We keep our milk at its raw state, so this means we do not take it through the pasteurizing and homogenizing process. With this being said, we go the extra mile to make sure everything is sanitized and cleaned to perfection in order to get that 100% clean testing chart for each batch of milk we bottle and deliver!
Milking
We milk our cows with a milking system that takes the milk straight from the cows and into a milk tank. This system is sanitized before and after each milking to maintain perfect cleanliness!
Storing
Once the milk reaches the tank it is flashed cooled to 38F. This process only takes 7 minutes and is very important for milk quality, taste and how long it will last after bottling. The tank is sanitized after each bottling.
Bottling
The milk is then pumped from the tank straight into the bottling machine. Bottles are labeled and filled, placed into crates and stored in cool box at 38F until delivery.
Testing
Each batch is tested with the same requirements as pasteurized milk and is only delivered if it comes out 100% perfect!
What are the cows fed?

Our feed ration is composed exclusively of non-GMO hays, nutrient-rich barley sprouts, and a complement of supplementary non-GMO barley grain, enriched with extra minerals and vitamins. Are the cows given hormones or Antibiotics?
Antibiotics
When and if a cow would become sick, she is immediately taken out of the milking system. If natural remedies are not affective we will then lean towards antibiotics for help. In this case she is kept apart from the others for at least 2 weeks to make sure the antibiotics are no longer in her system before being added back into the milking system.
Hormones
Our cows are NEVER given hormones at anytime!
